It was a pleasure to collaborate with Phoenix Carpentry and Building and Mainbrace on this project. The key points for this project were environmental consideration, and design innovation. The 90% recycled content of COEN Genesis Decking, the low maintenance and stunning finish made COEN Genesis Decking an easy choice.

Halcyon Nirimba was named the state’s best in Seniors Living at the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland Awards for Excellence, announced at Brisbane City Hall on Friday 4 November.
