Global Industrial Park

The development, located in WA’s Meridian Park, Neerabup is perfectly located to meet the needs of Perth’s fast growing North-west corridor. One of the primary considerations for this project was employing products and accessories that have a positive impact on the environment.  The design incorporated solar power, EV charging points, Communal rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, R4.0 insulation to offices, Operable windows and warehouse ventilation.

COEN products were chosen as they are extruded from 90% recycled materials, they do not require maintenance (essential for ROI) and are easy to install.  For this project, COEN worked with the client to reduce their overall spend by having products cut to length to suit the design needs.  This significantly reduced installation time, product waste, waste cartage and dumping fees.
