The brief called for a home that seamlessly blended indoor and outdoor living, with materials that could withstand the demands of a waterfront environment while delivering the high-end architectural finish the project deserved.

COEN composite decking and Shiplap and Castellated cladding were specified throughout, bringing warmth, character and a refined timber aesthetic to the facade and outdoor entertaining areas. The result is a striking coastal home that looks as good today as it will in twenty years — with only minimal maintenance required.
