For the past 20 years Craig has been running, buying or selling companies in Mining, Oil & Gas.

He started his career as a tradesman, went to University and completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Business.

Craig is passionate in helping people be the best they can be, and driving business efficiencies that result in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Craig was introduced to Composite Wood and loved the concept of turning waste into practical usable products – “so lets turn this into a business”.

Having lived or worked in 13 countries, Craig now calls Brisbane home.

Has 2 sons – both 6’2” who call Craig “little fella”.

Heidi is skilled in Finance and Logistics, and excited about the development of COEN as it moves into the next exciting phase of growth and expansion.

Heidi has experience in a variety of industries including the non-profit sector, mining services, bulk packaging and accounting companies.

She has two young daughters so can now sing every song from Frozen I and II.
Has two terriers that don’t appreciate her singing talents
Loves going to the beach and camping
